Overland Park, KS – April 8, 2021 – INDATEL is excited to welcome Lara Bollin to the INDATEL team. Lara joined our team in March as our Service Delivery Administrator.

In her new role, Lara works with the service delivery team to help fulfill the Ethernet circuit and get them up and running. Although Lara has only been with the team for a couple of weeks, she has shown great initiative in learning the ins and outs of her new position. “I’ve spent a lot of my time already entering orders and following up with customers,” Lara said.

Lara started working at a bank right out of high school, where she worked her way up from a teller to a regional bank manager. “I was in the banking industry for almost 20 years,” she said. “It’s where I gained most of my customer support experience and I’m looking forward to bringing that skillset of mine to my new role at INDATEL.”

Lara was introduced to the telecom industry in 2012 and since then, has held multiple different positions including customer support and toll-free roles. Lara’s experience and existing telecom knowledge make her the perfect fit for the Service Delivery Administrator position.

Although Lara has prior experience in the telecom space, her previous employer was a much larger company. “I went from working at a very large company to a very small company,” she said. “I like the smaller company atmosphere a lot more because I’ve already had the opportunity to meet everyone. At my previous employers, I had worked there for years and still not met everyone yet.”

According to Lara, her favorite part about working for INDATEL is the sense of community. “Everyone is very friendly and eager to help each other,” she said. “I really appreciate that because I’ve been in other environments where that wasn’t always the case. It’s made me feel very welcome and at home.”

In her free time, Lara enjoys cleaning, organizing, and working in her yard. She also loves spending time with her husband, 19-year-old daughter, and Chihuahua, Bailey.
