Contracts Management Administrator

This is a multifunctional role that provides support for our executive, sales, operations and engineering but is not limited to these areas. This is a key support role within the company and is expected to provide exceptional support while contributing to the overall goals and strategies of the team.

Responsibilities/outputs of the position:
• Establish contract management policies & procedures & ensure compliance with Members, Network Partners, Vendors for both buy/sell business
• Serve as intra-company adviser & resource regarding contracts
• Identify, analyze, & mitigate contractual risk
• Monitor contract amendments, extensions & renewals and close out as appropriate
• Maintain accurate supplier agreement records in Salesforce/Conga
• Support vendor issue escalation and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to evaluate contracts terms, specifically early termination liability, MSA extensions, service order re-terms, service level agreements, etc.
• Lead the approval and execution of specific contracts.
• Data Analytics – Data Collection, Executive Reports, Presentations

Education and experience requirements typical for this position include:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in a telecommunications environment or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years recent experience & with basic knowledge of MEF, Carrier Ethernet, TDM technology and protocols, data communications/networks, IP-based products & services, preferred
• 5+ years of progressively related contract lifecycle management experience, preferably in telecom
• Proven track record of effectively managing & influencing internal & external clients
• Experience using Salesforce/Conga contract management tools
• Supply chain/operations/contracts certification preferred
• Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology support & business applications/system
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to strive to consistently improve, both personally and as a team, to achieve extraordinary results
• Ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material and ability to handle multiple, competing and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines

• Must be willing to attend offsite training and travel as required

• Valid driver’s license
