The Government/National Wholesale Manager is responsible for establishing a strong federal government presence to build and develop direct government sales, and as well garner opportunities to carrier and wholesale accounts/customers. The qualified candidate will possess a proven record of success in growing and maintaining revenues in this industry or similar industries. This is a key role and respected within the company and will provide critical strategic and tactical input required for the successful execution of the company’s strategic & sales plans. Specifically, the below are the key responsibilities/outputs of the position:
The Government/National Account Manager will acquire, analyze and execute on applicable lead generation data, as well secure qualified leads and customer relationships. Additionally, this position will be instrumental in managing Government & National/Regional RFP opportunities and assist in the efforts to secure, negotiate and complete agreements with Government agencies/organizations/department and as well major National/Regional Telecom Companies. The position will update, report weekly and manage all aspects of the Salesforce CRM.
