Justin Forte Named as CEO of INDATEL Services

Overland Park, Kansas – INDATEL Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Forte as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, Forte brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven record of success to his new role.

Forte began his career in the telecom sector, working for industry giants such as AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. While he enjoyed his time at these Fortune 20 companies, Forte felt the urge to work in a smaller, more agile organization where he could have a more significant impact, be integrally involved in decision-making processes, and be heavily involved in shaping the telecom leaders of the future.

His journey led him to Civic Plus, a smaller firm with fewer than three hundred employees, where he experienced firsthand the power of a tight-knit team working towards common goals. Forte’s passion for cultivating a collaborative and supportive culture has been a driving force throughout his career.

After a successful tenure at Civic Plus, Forte joined INDATEL Services as Director of Sales, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the company’s reach. His success earned him Vice President of Sales & Marketing at INDATEL. His dedication and leadership qualities quickly earned him recognition, paving the way for his eventual appointment as CEO after taking time to gain experience in different industries ranging from technology startups to consulting.

In his new role as CEO, Forte is focused on three key objectives: growing revenue, controlling costs, and providing an unfair strategic advantage. He emphasizes the importance of building strong teams and empowering leaders within the organization to drive success.

Forte’s leadership philosophy is centered around fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Forte discussed his non-traditional view of a company’s organization, “My pyramid, you know, it is inverted. The CEO is at the very bottom.
