INDATEL Welcomes New Employee Michelle Bixel

Overland Park, KS – November 1, 2022 – INDATEL is excited to announce the hiring of Service Delivery Administrator, Michelle Bixel. The role of service delivery is responsible for new sales and end-of-line buildouts. Ms. Bixel has held roles in service delivery for 15 years, and we are thrilled to bring her onto our team. 

“I am loving the team I am part of,” explained Bixel. “I love completing orders and building up revenue for the company.  Every day I am contributing to something special.”

When discussing what the future may hold for herself at INDATEL, she commented, “I have been in this type of role before, especially on the project management side.  I am learning more on the buildouts, and my team is here for continued support.” 

Executing with precision is critical in the service delivery role. The project management capabilities that are required were something that we saw in Michelle. She is committed to process improvements and relies on a strong process to complete her work with our clients.  We are excited to have Michelle assisting with our clients’ future projects.
